ROCCCK |
ROCCK stands for Running, Orienteering, Cycling, Climbing, and Kayaking.
Are you an aspiring multisport outdoor athlete? Do you need a fitness program that will help you excel in adventure racing? Each session is on a Saturday from 8:00-11:00 so that you can "get your workout in." $20 per session or $100 for up to 6 sessions in the ROCCK series.
Each session includes 1) customized individual and group training from personal trainer and hot shot AR athlete, Michael Beacham, CPT at the Charlotte Athletic Club, 2) online accountability software for you and your buddies/teammates, 3) world-class instructors and skills instruction from olympic athletes and world-class adventure racers, 4) navigation using map and compass or gps so that you can be more successful, 5) strenuous activity on a race simulation, 6) vendors and special deals.
