Teams of 1-4 will mountain bike, trek/run, orienteer, climb and paddle in rugged corners of the Charlotte metro.  Each event is designed for you to succeed.  All you need are sneakers, a bicycle and a smile.  Come meet people and have fun!

 

NCARS #1  Skills clinic and 4-hour fun race.  Lake Norman State Park.   April 25, 2009.  Activities include canoeing, mountain biking, orienteering.  $55 per person.  Entry cap:  100

 

NCARS #2  US National Whitewater Center, May 16, 2009.   Activities include whitewater rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, orienteering, and special challenges.  $65 per person- 4 hr, $75 per person- 8 hr.  Entry cap:  300

 

NCARS #3  US National Whitewater Center to Latta Plantation, August 1, 2009.   Activities include whitewater rafting, flatwater canoeing, mountain biking, orienteering, and special challenges.  $85 per person if supported, $95 per person if unsupported- 9 hr.  Entry cap:  300

 

NCARS #4   US National Whitewater Center to Crowders Mountain, October 3, 2008.   Activities include whitewater rafting, flatwater canoeing, mountain biking, orienteering, rappelling, and special challenges.  $85 per person if supported, $95 per person if unsupported- 12 hr.  Entry cap:  300
